I use the CBD gel which works great for pain so I decided to try this roll-on out of curiosity. As for pain relief, it doesn't work as well as the CBD gel but it does help. However, I found another use for it. It has a strong menthol smell to it and I have congestion all the time so I thought I would try putting some on my neck and chest, It really helped my congestion and works similarly to Vick's Vaporub! So, I do use it for the pain I have in my knee and hand but I also use it for congestion.
