I take one at night along with a dropper of the oil and I'm out for the night! I thought I would prefer the gummies but even with a sugar coating, gummies can have a very medicinal taste. These really aid in falling asleep and staying asleep. I gave 4 stars due to the unfortunate fact that the initial bottle ordered came completely melted together. I reached out to customer service and was happy to return the bottle, when they informed me that they would send me a replacement bottle with an ice pack to aid with the 100 degree weather we were having. I was really happy with the customer service. The end of the following day I received an email requesting a photo for the melted gels before they would send a replacement. Which I would've had no problem providing, hence my willingness to return the entire bottle - had they made that request initially. Instead they wanted me to dig in my apartment buildings dumpster to retrieve the bottle. =/
I'm pleased that after expressing the above frustrations on how it was handled, I was sent a replacement. I will continue to order this product.
